International Conference on Open Source in the Public Sector

OPEN OPEN is an international conference focused on the role of open source technologies in public administration, digital transformation, and technological cooperation.

The event brings together public policy makers, representatives of public administration, technology companies, developers, and the open source community. Its goal is to share experiences, inspire each other, and discuss how open source can contribute to innovation, increased transparency, and digital sovereignty.

About the conference

The conference builds on the successful Cental European Open Source Policy Forum 2025, which opened an important discussion on the role of open technologies in the public sector across Europe.

For the next edition, we have decided to create a new, independent identity under the name OPEN OPEN. The new name better reflects openness, an international scope, and the ambition to build a long-term platform for bringing together experts, institutions, companies, and communities that share an interest in open technologies and Europe’s digital future.

Conference Agenda

On this page, you will find the current overview of the Open Open conference agenda.

We will continuously expand the agenda with new speakers and panels to ensure that it always reflects the final format of the event.
